Founded in 2004 (previously ML Construction Management) by Eng. William Meléndez Rivas that has vast experience in Project Management Services for Governmental and Private Clients.

Our concept of services provision is based on the application of procedures and methods adjusted to the demand of each client, with the required orientation, focused on corporate and / or departmental solutions in Construction Administration and Project Management.

Our portfolio includes residential, commercial, institutional and retail work. We serve our clients from offices in San Juan and Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
